How long does the order processing take?
We process your orders as swiftly as we possibly can, and give you realistic estimated delivery dates which we do our best to achieve – but you’ll understand we can’t always guarantee delivery dates where it’s out of our control. Orders received after 12:00 noon on Friday will normally be processed on Monday. In the unlikely event that the product you order is out of stock, we’ll get in contact to ask if you’d rather keep the goods on backorder or get a refund.
What types of delivery do we offer?
We aim to ensure our customers experience the best service, so in the UK, we use EVRI (includes tracking number).
STANDARD delivery (2-4 Business Days) - £2.95
Our standard delivery service is via EVRI (fully tracked) and includes UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.
The delivery charge is £2.95 per order.
- Orders over £20.00 will be sent by Standard Delivery free of charge.
- Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly delivery time takes 3-6 business days.
- Highlands & Islands of Scotland delivery time takes 3-6 business days.
How do I return my TagBand® order?
At TagBand®, we understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy. You have 60 days to return your order if it's not what you expected.
Received the wrong item? No problem, just let us know and we'll take care of it. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If you received a faulty item, rest assured that we take quality seriously. Though it doesn't happen often, we're only human and mistakes can happen. We'll do everything we can to make it right for you.
